It’s Turkey Day!

Audubon’s Bird’s of America: The Wild Turkey Cock – Plate #1.

Mr. Audubon made The Wild Turkey Cock Plate #1. The image was drawn near St. Francisville where Mr. Audubon roamed the woods in the Felicianas. This is a framed Amsterdam Edition.  The Turkey is magnificent!

How do you like your Turkey?

Fall Pheasant Capes and Louisiana Satsumas

As Thanksgiving is upon us, this is the season to be thankful for our blessings.

The fall is so beautiful in Louisiana. One of my favorite things is when our citrus trees start to turn orange and yellow. There is nothing like a Louisiana Satsuma! Soft. . .Sweet. . .Seedless!

What is your favorite thing during the fall?
